I have been suffering anxiety for 8 days now. i went to the urgent care last monday and they did an ekg and said i was fine. i went to my regular doctor tues and fri last week and he said i am fine. they gave me .5mg of xanax to take 3x per day. so after still having issues this weekend, and have some chest pain, i went to the urgent care again last night. they did a chest x ray and it was good. she said that i dont need another ekg. she said, if i give u one, does this mean u are going to come back each week to get one? she also put me on wellbutrin. i know that will take time to get in my system. i have been taking luvox but i went off for a week and ran out and now i am back on. are my chest pains because of anxiety and my breathing? help i am worried and just wanna get better. thank you.

Yes everything you are feeling sounds like anxiety. I have attached a link that talks about all the symptoms you can have with anxiety.

Anxiety Symptoms, Anxiety Attack Symptoms (Panic Attack Symptoms), Symptoms of Anxiety:

Also, if you check out our Anxiety resources above you will find a link to our CBT program that can help you change the way your thinking. Hope that helps.
