I currently take .5mg 3x per day. Lets say I have taken all 3 and i wake up in the middle of the night with an attack.....is it ok to take a 4th one? I know that I spoke with a pharmacy and they said that it would be fine since many people take more than just 1.5 mg total per day. What say you? Thanks

I think honestly that is something you need to ask your personal doctor.

I agree, if you take another tablet  you are not following your Physician's order.  The Pharmacist does not write the orders.
