My doctor put me on zanax .25 for panic and anxiety disorder. My Biggest symptom is derealization/depersonalzation. I am scared to take the xanax for fear it will make this symptom worse because it is such a HORRIBLE feeling shakehead   Adn was wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms and they found xanax to help? Please I really need relief shocked   Thanks

Hey there,

I agree with Lyn, go for it and see how it works. If it helps it will make your life so much better then it sounds right now.

I wish you the best,

Kitt
