It has been a while since I have been here.  Been dealing with a lot of anxiety issues that just can't seem to get under control.  The doc has upped my Xanax but it doesn't seem to be doing much good.  Am back to trying CBT again in hopes that it will help.  I just haven't felt "good" (especially the last few days) physically.  Nothing specific, just feel off somehow and not quite right.  My parents are worried and wondering what is going on and I wish I could tell them.  I'm back here and just gonna try to stay in the present and read posts and such.

Good Morning Diane,

Good to see you but sorry to hear the anxiety is still kicking up a problem for you.

Are you using the online CBT or working with a therapist?

Another site you may be interested in trying and it is from the same people that developed the online CBT the ModdGYM program is :

E-couch: http://ecouch.anu.edu.au/welcome

It may give you a new spin on things and help you out right now.

Hi Diane,

Just wanted to welcome you back too, and I am sorry to hear the stupid anxiety is acting up for you again. I hope the docs can help you to quiet it down again.

Hugs
