After another restless night and staring pointlessly at the tv through a couple of episodes of entourage on HBO I went to go have some breakfast with the family to try and lighten up my mood.  All it did was irritate me though, the loud talking and everything and conversation I just got lost in the shuffle.  All I'm doing everyday is jumping around from activity to activity every 15 minutes because nothing holds my interest, and find myself pacing around aimlessly because I can't decide what I want to do.  I don't know what's happening to me, but I'm wondering when the hell it is going to change and get back to semi-normal?

Dear Mike,

I do not remember what or if you are on medications but perhaps you should talk to your physician about a mood stablizer med as you seem to have a lot of spinning thoughts. I feel that same way often and I cannot decide what to do and my mind keeps going around and around like a merry-go round until I finally do nothing. I then start to feel upset and frustrated because I cannot settle on one thing.

I use the computer way to much to keep the spinning thoughts away.

I do make a list of daily chores I need to accomplish and I also find if someone is working with me things go better as I do not feel so lonely.

Also do review our resources above and you will find links to self help online programs that are free. The CBT online program is the]

I hope you will look into our resources. Take care and stick with us.

Yea my mind just doesn't stop going lately it's unbelievable.  I guess by mood stabilizers you mean something like Abilify?  Seem commercials on it, and I tried that Moodgym thing and I'm not quite sure if I benefited from it or not.  Gonna go check out the anxiety chats and see if I can find someone to talk things out with, could really use some help.
