I am getting kind of desperate... for about 5 days now i've been so incredibly physically sick that it is making me loose my mind.

Now i know i am anxious, i don't claim that i'm not, i mean im sure this disease will kill me and it's making me flip out 24/7 unless im asleep.

Anyway...symptoms! Here's my list:

-weird feeling in head, not headache, just wooshy and...odd... can't explain.
-random extreme neck stiffness, this comes and goes varying on the second
-constant weak arm
-tingling in scalp, face, arm
-hot/cold flashes
-weird sensations in eye
-taste of blood in mouth
-tinnitus
-sore muscles
-nausea
-clicking sounds? (might be muscles.....or maybe not :/)

Most of my symptoms pop up when i freak out.. the constant ones are neck pain, silly feeling in head, arm weakness, tingling scalp. All on the left side always btw.

Possible moments of relief: After waking up about 10 minutes, laying down in general, massage.

Now..i fear brain tumor, or brain aneruysm, or a slow leak..... something in my head must be wrong. :( BUt ive felt super bad, went to the doc twice, called an ambulance on a bad day, and they all think i don't have a serious problem! I didn't even get a time for more examinations!!! ***? They gave me time to a psychiatrist in one week.. HAH. I don't think ill physically last that long. Im probably gonna die soon. :(

The brief relief from massage makes me so so wish its nerve related... i have scoliosis (curved back) and thinking maybe it has a pinched nerve now or a herniation. Honestly i'd be so happy if that was the case, lol. I just dont know what symptoms can be caused by it? I don't know, these seem so super severe.

I will beg my psychiatrist for tests if im still alive by then, but at the moment i am so at loss. Anyone experiencing anything like this? Anyone happen to know other diseases it could be related to? Pinched nerve, pretty please?

Btw, im 23yo. Female.

/hugs

Hey Sarabi,

Sorry that you are feeling so down, and everything you wrote sounds almost exactly how I felt last year while going through the most heightened level of Anxiety and Panic I've ever experienced. I still have a couple of issues today, but I am in such a better place now and feeling grateful everyday for it.

Here is what I did to get myself better. I started doing CBT, Breathing and Relaxation Exercises, taking a short walk everyday out in the fresh air, eating really healthy foods, started taking good vitamins and minerals after my doctor's approval and then keeping myself on here to give and get some of the best peer support on the net. Each time a member spoke of a new therapy or whatever that helped to make them better, I studied it, then took it on to keep making myself better. I pray for you to be able to find the same relief that I have in my life. . . . Such a blessing :)

Of course this is not professional medical advice. Please contact your doc/pdoc and run some of these ideas and others you've learned by them, and maybe they could also help you with a good medication to relieve some of your symptoms.

The best of luck to you. . . Happy Holidays!
