I would be worrying more about your lungs!  I'm kidding of course.  I quit smoking 10 months ago and believe me, it still smells good.  How long did you quit for and why did you start again?  Just because of anxiety?

I experienced that when I first began smoking again. I had to stop for three months because they triggered panic attacks(since they're a stimulant), but now I can handle it. I still can't get anywhere near caffeine, though.

I feel like I can't breath or that I am getting really sick when I am smoking every once in a while, and when it happens, I merely put the cigarette out and re-light it later when I think I can handle it. I like to smoke, because I enjoy the buzz(naturally lol) but I by no means need it, and I don't get cravings for it, so its easy for me to just put it out.

I suppose in the end it will just be a choice you will have to make on your own, but remember it's not worth panicking over.

Good luck and God Bless :)

Hi Sky.  I just read your post and wanted to take a second to say hello.  I believe we may have chatted online a bit about a year and a half or 2 years ago.  If this was you, you were pregnant with your second child at the time and had just moved in with your mother, and your husband was in the military.

I am sorry to hear how stressed you are.  If you would like to catch up again just let me know.  I am not on the chat room so much anymore but I am sure we could work something out.
