More than likely your stomach is upset because of the anxiety.  Do you have any of the fast acting meds such as Xanax or Klonopin you can use?  If I use that at the first hint of my anxiety, I am able to stop it in its tracks.  If not, you might want to get in with your family doc and discuss the problems you are having.  And I definetly agree, stay away from google.

Hey Nanners, yes i do get xanax just don't have any at the moment because i have to go back in to get my re-fill. They will only give me a month's supply at a time. Yeah its crazy how people start googling little medical problems they think they might have and scare them selves to death with all the stuff that comes up..at this time last year that was me...i didn't even realize i was doing until i read somewhere that people with like a health type anxeity do that often and don't even realize it...but yeah I am feeling alot better now and am so glad!! thank you again nanners!! :)
