Hi new here, I'm Tammy 30 yrs old panic/anxiety disorder and fear of being alone. Up until about 2 weeks ago I was doing very well with my episodes. I am guessing the change in my household has triggered them. I feel like I can't swallow, I'm nauseous and my chest physically hurts. I was managing my panic with meditation and prayer but am thinking I may be in trouble. If someone is on please talk to me.

Hi Tammy,

And welcome to Healingwell. Many of our members are mostly on during the day, so sorry for the lack of a quick reply. I think its time that maybe you talk to your doctor about something to help out on those bad days. I take Xanax .25mg (lowest dose) at the first hint of my anxiety ramping up and it stops it quickly. My anxiety gives me diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. If I take the med at the first hint, and lay down and relax for a few, I am feeling better rather quickly. Hope you will get in and see your doctor soon.

Hugs
