hey everyong guess i really just need to vent...my night is going really crappy right now...i think it might be because i am about to start my monthly....I just feel like such a failure like i can't do anything right... My anxeity is driving me nuts and i am about two seconds away  from  a panic attack...don't have anymore xanax to take for it..so i know its going to be a rough couple of days and I am SO not ready for it...idk what to do anymore...i wish i could get set up with some type of counseling or something but cant afford it...so i guess i'm just stuck dealing with this all by myslef..my husband doesnt understand at all...he just thinks i should get over it and be normal like everyone else but i can't!! its so hard...i just want to cry!!! i feel empty and alone right now my stomach is killing me and  earlier i felt like i just wanted to die..ugh sorry guys i'm not trying to pitty myself or anything i just needed to write what was on my mind...i'm glad i can come here and get it all out....thanks  for listening everyone..i'm hoping things will get better soon.. :(

Hi Haybugs.

Getting these feelings out does help I bet. There are going to be people that will never understand. Stay strong, and remember that the hard parts of life make the good parts worth living. Thanks for writing and keep us posted.

Oh gosh I use to always hate that time of the month. I was always an emotional mess. But what helped me the most was to realize that it was just my hormones talking, and to just realize that it would be better in a day or two. I hope you are feeling better this morning. Hugs!

Crohn's Disease for over 34 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium, Vit D, and Xanax prn. Resections in 2002 & 2005. Also diagnosed w/ Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, & Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission, but my joints are going crazy!

Hope your feeling much better today. My anxiety/depression always hits a bit harder that time of the month.

It's great to come here and vent. We know that everyone here understands and just having someone read my feelings helps me alot.

thanks guys! yes i am feeling much better this morning! All of you were right, it feels great to know that I can come here and write things down and have somone who understands exactly what i'm going through read it. You guys are awesome!! I'm hoping to get to the doc sometime next week and see about possibly uping my xanax or switching to another med in the family, because it just doesnt seem to be doing the job it used to do. thanks again everyone much <33
