Well im not in a relationship, however i want to research all of this as i want to be 10 steps ahead.. ive had issues in the past with the pill tried different types with bad side effects, i wasnt sure what was out there and so in the end i got pregnant to a lovely boy but, i do not want to be pregant again and am actually terrified of it, because i know how hard it has been raising one with all my mental and emotional probs.. i couldnt cope with another. Ive read every contraception there is and they all sound scary and horrible! a male condom is probably the best is terms off side effects and easyness but i think it lessens the pleasure of it, so i was just wondering what people take and how it suits them and there type of anxiety problems they may have. i was looking at IUD method which is non hormonal, but ive read u will get cramps heavier periods and spotting and in some cases anemia, infections, a punture in the uterus and to me this was the best contraception compared to everything else i read! so its looking abit grim.. anybody out there care to share there contraceptive experiances?

What about the Depo Provera shot. This stops periods for most. I used it with success years ago. Good luck!

Hello
I was on lexapro for anxiety and at the same time I went on the Nuvaring, its a ring that you insert into your vagina and leave there 21 days ... have it out 5-7 days then put a new one in, it worked well for me with the lexapro. Look it up online for more info, its pretty good. I had reduced bleeding, 3 day period.
