I searched the forum but I have come up with so many responses and they are not all from the anxiety board.

I know that headache is a common symptom of stress/anxiety.

Just wondering if anyone else deals with this daily. I have had it since November. It would be nice to talk to someone who also suffers from this symptom on a daily basis.

I feel all alone with this symptom. I have had it since early November. Constant pain in temples, stabbing pain, pain across forehead and sometimes the whole head.

If there is anyone else who experiences this I would really like to chat. Trying to learn to cope but I feel like I am failing at it.

Blessings, kitkat

Thanks for sharing Lyn,

I am sorry you suffer too. I hope my new neurologist can help a bit. I have had the same neuro for about 13 years and I feel like he is just giving up. At my last appt. he said I don't know what it is causing all of this so therefore I can't prescribe anything. I was like "WHAT"...you just want me to live in pain?

I have a history of Lyme disease so we don't know if it's all related. I don't care what it is. Just want the pain gone. I hope you find some relief.

Blessings to you, kitkat

I have headaches a lot. Somtimes migraine but usually they're just sinus, which is bad enough. I'm not sure what to tell you other than sometimes sinus headaches don't feel like sinus headaches so hopefully that's what you have. If it is, they're pretty easily treated with ibuprofen. As far as migraines go, I just deal with them. And I let most of the sinus headaches run their course, too, because if you take ibuprofen too much it becomes less effective.

I have one of my less severe migraines right now, and like lyn says it's weird and painful to even look at the computer monitor, but I'm sick of just sitting around in the dark doing nothing.

Hopefully a new neurologist will be able to help you. If not I can't say you'll get used to them, really, but you will learn to live with it.
