I was at a local concert and things started getting wild. My friend Sean(of 4 years) got knocked into a brick wall by someone who got ran into by another guy.(Domino Effect). Anyways he faceplanted the wall and my first instinct was to run to him and see if the church had a first aid kit. Long story short I did a not so professional job to clean and gauze him up to the best of my abilities with very limited supplies. His parents took him to the ER and he now has just a few stitches and is feeling fine. Afterwards, I realized my anxiety has completely left me for the night, and I feel very accomplished.
If you put your mind to something you can do good, and feel good about
yourself in doing so, countering your anxiety.
I hope everyone can have an experience like this that they can feel good about
