Hey everyone, haven't been on here in a few days.. yesterday was probably the WORST day of the year for me so far...I guess I caught some type of stomach bug and was throwing up & had diarrhea the whole day, fever, couldn't eat & everything! I knew it was the bug but i kept feeling like i was about to die everytime i threw up cause it was hurting so bad i was just crying and it was just awful...i didn't even have the strength to get out of bed to take care of my 2 year old daughter and my dad had to watch her the whole day... I'm feeling a little better this my stomach is pretty much fine at the moment but i have no idea what i can so scared to eat anything and nothing sounds good but my stomach is telling me its i'm just scared i willl throw it up again i guess...and what makes everything worse: my mother-in-law will be here in a hour, she is coming to stay with us for a week, and just drove nine hours to get here, havent seen her in a year and i feel like this!!! also am supposed to go to a baby shower tonight that ive been planning on going to for about 6 months now...i just dont think i should go..i feel like i am still germy and would get everyone sucks... its not helping my anxeity at all but i am trying to deal with it...well anyways thanks for listening hope i didnt bore you..:) hope everyone is doing well!!

I have a chronic and incurable bowel disease and feel like this often, lucky me:) I would recommend you NOT going to the baby shower as you are right you are still germy. As for food stay with things very very soft and easy to digest. i.e. Toast, broth, jello things like that and slowly work yourself back up to solids. Hope you feel better soon. Hugs!
