I have a few questions about globus, the lump in throat sensation or general tightness. I have noticed a few things about it myself and wondering if people share the same experience.
Basically whenever you have globus, do you also have tense neck/shoulder/back muscles, moreso than in general, and the tighter they are the worse your globus seems? This seems to be my case. I think the neck and throat shares some muscles yes?
Also has this ever caused you ear pain / sensation of fullness in ear? This also seems to happen to me. Just trying to figure out if tight muscles in the back / neck cause globus^^ Thanks!
