At the moment, I'm reading Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Meyer. It's very informative about our thought patterns and how they effect our anxiety, and how we see and deal with things.  I'm also reading  The Incarnations of Immortality by Piers Anthony (very nice for just escaping).. I'm on the 3rd one.
What are you reading?
Let my words today be tender and sweet, for tomorrow I may have to eat them.

Just finished American Wife: A Novel by Curtis Sittenfield and I'm starting Beautiful Boy by David Sheff (it's about a father coping with his son who has a drug addiction)

I think I've read stuff by Joyce Meyer before. If nothing else, it makes you focus on your thoughts for a while.

Are you male or female?
