Good Morning. I am glad to hear your medication was tweaked and that you are doing better. I think seeing a psychologist is a wonderful idea. I see one and she is so very helpful.
I think perhaps your physician was saying you can learn how to keep your anxiety under control however it will always be part of who you are and accepting that is a good thing. Knowing yourself and when you need to put yourself first and kick the anxiety to the curb is a huge part in keeping the anxiety at a low level. Just my 2 cents worth this morning.
