My hubby had his first doctor appointment for his anger/depression issues and actually it went really well! They perscribed him celexa and colnzepam (when needed) I have noticed and difference in him already!! I'm so glad he finally got the courage to go...Now we are both on our way to a better us! :)  Just thought i would share with you guys! hope everyone is well!

That's awesome! I guess my problem with anti-anxiety meds is I'm ANXIOUS to even take them, I worry they'll make me even worse or crazy, I have a fear of meds I guess and stuff.

Hypothyroid, newly dx'd Crohn's, Gerd. I love to look for natural ways to heal first, conventional ways second and keep my faith.

Thank you for the support however just FYI this is the anxiety forum and not the Chronic Fatique Forum. You are right, no matter what the cause of the anxiety, it is one step at I time.
