I have suffered anxiety for a long time in my comes and goes..sometimes i can hardly stand it..I am going through a really bad patch at workplace has become really stressful..I have read through some of the posts and can relate to many - especially about awakening to dizzyness and panic, and more recently tummy upsets in the night..feel really scared and sad confused

Hi greentreebluesky and welcome to Healingwell. Are you using any of the fast acting meds such as Xanax or Klonopin? I use Xanax myself for those bad times and it works well for me. Thru therapy and the occasional Xanax I think I have learned to better control my anxiety. I hope you find the support you are looking for here. Hugs!

Crohn's Disease for over 34 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium, Vit D, and Xanax prn. Resections in 2002 & 2005. Also diagnosed w/ Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, & Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission, but my joints are going crazy!

Thanx so much for your replys...I have lorazapam for bad times but try not to use it too much..nice to know I am not alone :)
