Hello,

I feel like am going to go crazy! I cant sleep, eat, and have a hard time functioning at work. A few weeks ago my boyfriend told me he was not sure if he wanted to be with me. He said that the arguing and my anxiety got to him. I dont want to lose him. He is wonderful and has done things for me that I could never imagine (all positive). I dont know what to do, I love him so much and I feel like I wont find anyone even remotely close to how wonderful he is.

Anxiety has been an issue for me all of my life and I need to do something about it but I dont want to lose him. Oh my God what do I do!

Are you taking any meds for your anxiety ?
Or doing something to help keep it down ?

My boyfriend of 4 years was having a hard time with my anxiety but I was always working on it and today I am finally normal again :)
Of course I get the occasional panic attack but nothing terrible like they where in the past.

I agree I am wondering if you are taking any meds or seeing a therapist? Thru therapy and the occasional use of Xanax I have now learned to control my anxiety. I highly recommend you get in and see your family doc and see if they can be of help. Good luck!
