I was at the doc again today, experiencing new symptoms, numbness all over my body. During the day i get it , it might be anxiety ok sure fine, but when i wake up from sleep with my hands dead cold and unable to move them, need to stand up somehow in pain and whip my hands around for a few minutes before regaining any feeling, it really can NOT be anxiety.

Unless i am insanely anxious while sleeping? Don't think so. Actually it's the only moment i relax, noticable by feeling perfectly fine the few first minutes after i wake up. Well exept now anymore with the numbness.

Second of all having audible crackle in my lungs ( and one time wheezing ) after being in bed for a while doesn't seem to make them think otherwise either. I would have to say, thinking with my brain, it's absolutely impossible for anxiety to cause wheezing sounds that are audible to anyone.

Stupid, stupid, stupid doctors. This was like my what, 30th visit since i got ill. Now i won't go again for a while so they don't get too pissed. And still i have to suffer. mad

Can you find another doc? If this doc isn't helping...maybe try another? That's what I do. Trust your gut instincts. If you think he's not helping you, it's best to find someone who can!

Good luck.

I am sorry you are not getting any answers from your physician. Perhaps changing physicians is the way to go. 30 visits is a lot of trips to the Doctors.

And well the system in my country is kinda funny, free healthcare and stuff but every person has their "own doctor" and thats just the person you see every time. Unless its an emergency. Don't know how i'd go about changing my doc, but i'll try. :)

I sometimes wake up with numbness in my hands but I think I tense up in my sleep on occasion. Maybe you are doing the same. When you have anxiety all day, it's bound to carry into your sleep to some degree too. Hope you find answers soon.
