I have anxiety related to Crohns Disease and can relate to how you are feeling. Some folks like us with Chronic illnesses can get by with the help of a therapist and occasional Xanax. But others find they do better in using a daily med to help quiet their spiruts. You might really want to talk to your therapist a little more on how your feeling and see which way they think is best for you.
