My goodness I went out with the younguns last night........bacherlorette party and I learned really quickly that the alcohol and GERD do not mix well at there I was feeling anxious to get on home.

I felt like a party pooper and did hang in there but by the time I got home I had heartburn, was hoarse and just felt like crying. Of course it was 1:30 AM - way past my bedtime.

To answer your question..........oh yes GERD and anxiety go together. If you want to check out the GERD forum you will find posts from members in that forum that talk about their anxiety issues too.

I do best if I can stick to a routine when it comes to dealing with GERD.

Take care,
