Hello,

It has been a while since I have written. Things are going well I am happy to say, by cutting down on most of my previous vices (caffeine, alcohol) I have managed to considerably control my levels of anxiety. I do have the occasional horror thought go in me once in a while and my latest one is this : Every time I feel lightheaded I think I might have a brain tumor or something. I know it sounds a bit far fetched since I do not have absolutely any of the symptoms, but does anyone else get these unexpected thoughts of some sort of illness?

I hope everyone is doing well and I really appreciate this site for allowing me to start a journey of self healing J (but I do have the occasional wonder along the way….)

I do....Everytime I get a headache or have a panic attack I always think I have an aneurysm. It drives my husband crazy.

Yep. It's health anxiety. Every time I feel bad I think I'm never going to feel good again, but with time it passes.
