Wouldnt it be nice to have a list of all the symptoms people are feeling or have felt? Next time you feel you have to run to the ER check here first!

I have had a million. I usually don't panic though except in recent months the left side of my head kept feeling weird and I woke up with it numb twice. Like when your leg is asleep... my left side of my head was asleep!

I guess it wasn't anything major because it is pretty much gone most of the time now. people (not even those who have anxiety) kept saying t go to the doctor and worried me about it, but the doctor didn't even do tests.

recently ive felt very hot in bed like my arms were on fire...the intensity goes up and down but it lingers. Anyone else felt this?

Well in case anyone worries about racing heart, I went to the doctor Friday and BOOM, I had a major panic attack. My heart rate shot up to 142 and I really thought I was going to die. I got dizzy, sick to my stomach.... I could even see my heartbeat pounding through my shirt. The doctors were calm, but the nurse's eyes lit up a bit when she saw my heart beat. Then she checked my blood pressure and it was 122/72 and reassured me I wasn't going to have a heart attack. So if anyone freaks over a racing heartbeat, I know it feels like you are going to have a heart attack, but just try to calm down. Do your breathing exercises!
