Hello everyone, I haven't been on a chat room before but I will try my best. I have been a sufferer of anxiety for 10 years and like what I have read I have been on every pill you can think of. I could happily say that I no longer have anxiety attacks and I am here to help anyone that requires help.  Thank You.

Hey great to meet you former. What did you find was the greatest asset you learned/acquired over your time with anxiety that has led you to such great success?

Hello and thank you for the warm welcome.

My success did not come easy but I will share some of it with you.

For many years I was seeing doctors/therapist/specialist and lots of medication of which was not working, obviously because it took me 10 years to figure that out. I got tired of not seeing the results I was expecting. I started to research meditation, I research meditation from all walk of life, researched every religious belief to get a better understanding of humanity and what we are made of. Mentally, physically, emotionally. I was trying to find answers to heal myself. I found the right meditation technique and from then on, I haven't stopped. I don't need any medication or doctors anymore. I am also an artist, so I do alot a paintings. I also started to do alot of things I enjoyed doing. I stayed away from negativity including, negative jobs, people, places. I was on a mission of pure positive energy. And once you have the positive energy you also project the positive energy as well. and people will notice.

Finding your passion in life is the key to healing. Start doing things that make you feel good. I have a website that explains my ordeal and my findings and because I cannot put my website here I will give you a little something to think about. In my findings anxiety feeds on the negative thoughts of which I have named the "psychic demon" It is the negative thought process. It feeds on your feelings mentally and physically. The "psychic demon" is the voice you hear when it tells you that "you can't do something" or "I'm afraid of something" It is learning how to avoid the "psychic demon"

In order to avoid the negative thoughts, you must listen to your "psychic angel" that is the voice of reasoning, hope and faith. It is also the voice of seeing the truth of who you are for real, you are a beautiful person, your can achieve anything and you are never alone. Listen to the "psychic angel" and practice positive thoughts. Also evaluate your anxiety and fear, where, what and why. Once you realize the reason and see that it is a false thought or image, that is how you fight the "psychic demon". It is a practice that must be mastered and it will become easier for you.

Welcome... Very insightful post. You have learned your lessons well, and I admire your ability to grasp the cerebral mechanisms of a psychological disorder, that can debilitating at best, and diabolical in it's ability to overwhelm one's own reasoning. Your intuitiveness and ability to communicate is a welcomed asset to the forum. peace out, L
