hello, i feel tension everywhere. i have tension headaches, i feel really nervous and anxious and irritable. i take lexapro and am afraid it isn't working anymore or well enough. I feel like I can't breath and want to cry. Money is one of the biggest sources of my anxiety. Can anyone give me advice on how to deal? Anyone feel the same and have techniques that work for you to help you feel less anxious?

Hey there. I am sorry you are feeling so stressed and anxious lately. I have a little to add to the relaxation the others have talked about--I add an essential oil such as lavender. I take a drop to my wrist, or behind my neck and just sit back for a few moments taking the deep breathes. The oil is very soothing helping me relax. I use a combination oil called peace and calming as well to help me relax. This had helped my autistic son "chill out" as well.

Hi sorry to hear about the crying, been there. I too was on Lexapro among others, and it seems they always quit working. Then the doctor will up your dosage and it will work for awhile longer and then back to the crying and tension.Have you tried taking natural anxiety herbs? They are usually cheaper unless you have awesome insurance, and they don't have the side effects.
