Well, if you haven't been to the doctor in awhile I would get a complete checkup first, just to rule out any physical conditions that could be causing this. When I feel panicky and I am eating I take very slow bites and drink a little water in between. This seems to help. Also when you start to feel a panic attack coming on do some deep breathing excercises. Take slow breathes throuh your nose, count to 4 and release your breathe through your nose or mouth. Try to put your full focus on your breathing instead of "what ifing" yourself about what might be happening. Hope this helps!
