Hazel,

I would suggest you stop taking your BP when you are having a panic attack as it just gives you one more thing to worry about

Like two weeks ago I discovered my blood pressure elevated also during full blown anxiety attack and it automatically caused me to have a severe panic attack. I talked to my doctor about it to make sure it was normal and he said, o yeah you can expect that to happen just like it you go out running it goes up as well too. Just as long it does not stay this way through out the whole  day, everyday then is normal. I was upset for like a whole week after when I realized my blood pressure was elevated. You will be just fine. Hang in there.

STRESSING out about every lil thing can / will also cause your BP to go up
your health anxiety is also no doubt causing some of this
go out for a nice walk
or sit relax n read a book
do something you enjoy
imho
it is more helpful and takes mind off of things
tk care
