Its so nice to see that others are experiencing the same symptoms around their cycles! I am really trying to accept the fact that being a woman causes a lot of our anxiety due to hormonal shifts. I feel like a born again teenager having to learn about
my cycles again after having babies and being off the pill. I have been reading about
the process over and over and have ordered a book on Women, Hormones, & Moods. Love to hear what works for most people as I am really looking into the dietary relationship to my cycles. Ha and I am a registered dietitian! Has anyone taken Zoloft for PMS or PMDD as my docs seem to think it will help with it as well. On my second week at 150mg; and my Vitamin D level came back low so doc has me taking Vit D once/week for 8 weeks and then rechecking levels.
