I thought I'd switch things up a bit on this Friday, and throw a video into the mix that deals with stress related issues many of us have faced, or are facing.
It was posted in 2013, so I'm really late to the party here. But I watched this TED Talk earlier - "How To Make Stress Your Friend" - that I found interesting. It's presented by a health psychologist. And while the title leans on being click-bait, the content is worthwhile.
