Hi Folks

How has your week been? Check in if you have the time.

Hibee
I try not to worry about the future -- so I take each day just one anxiety attack at a time.

Prew,

He has assured me that he has never felt better. This is not a new issue for him, it's one that he's been managing for quite a few years...

...and since having this new procedure, he is healthier than ever. smile

He is a man of faith too...which makes him stong...no need to worry.

I will be sure to pass on your well wishes and concern to him.

Aw HT,

I am sorry this is a challenging time atm for you.

You will find the motivation that you need. You always do.

...and speaking of finding things...sounds like a new GP could be a good goal? How dare he?? He works for YOU...and you are a good patient that he should feel priveledged to treat!!!

I hope things get sorted so that you can feel your best again soon mate. (((❤)))

Hi HW family ,
Heat is making me upset ,stuck indoors. My mood gets worst if don't go out for few days ...wonder why ?

Trying to study and looking for a job ,oh boy it's stressful!

I have my bad and good days.

Trying to keep upbeat positive vibes and sending them to you all out here.
Just a tiny note ..watched on Netflix..in case you have it.
Saw documentary I Olga Hepronova ,negative but has social value because ppl with emotional problems need early intervention.
I did not like certain things but certain parts were outstanding.

Please don't see it ...as may trigger bad thinking.

Just staying indoors is not my thing .
anyways how are you Hibee?

Hi Hibee,

Doing pretty well this week although it's too early to tell so I may be eating my words in a few days haha! I cut my birth control out of my medicine cabinet (I think it was responsible for my migraines, as well as some extra anxiety) and I've actually felt a lot better without those synthetic hormones.

I hope your week goes smoothly and I will echo SC in that I have complete faith you'll overcome this current challenge!

Started doing fasting cardio last week with my wife and it seems to have helped boost my mood throughout the day.

HI all. I must say I have had a good 5 days in a row!! I was looking at my posts from May and even though I still have some struggles I am so beyond thankful that things are much better. I still fear going back how I was feeling, but I know that I can't not think like that and I take it day by day!! Maybe adding the buspar to my zoloft has worked well....

Hey everyone! Glad to see that for the most part everyone is doing well!

My week is just starting. Since I've last posted (in depth at least!) I've started a new job and now work nights...still getting used to that!

The wife and I will be going on vacation in about a month down to Myrtle Beach with my family...I'm already starting to get anxiety about the drive (always seem to do worse in cars). I'm going to try and schedule a therapist/psych meeting shortly before we leave just as a precaution.

I am still on Lexapro (20mg) which seems to work fine most days. There are some off days where I just feel that things are weird, but those seem to be an anomaly. I've been trying to not use any Ativan and have been doing ok; usually will need it once a week but that I can deal with.

Looking forward to Larry's return, and also want to welcome all the new members that seem to have joined over the past few weeks/months!

Busy. Really really busy.

I moved last Saturday. I still have to hang a few things, go through a couple boxes and clean my filthy freakin' floors.

I still need to finish cleaning the old place, turn in keys, and hope someone gets in there fast so I don't have to pay the 90 days rent.

Have to get my passport renewal taken care of.

With my move and everything I am now 4k in debt with my credit card and 8k in debt with my parents. Oi vey it is going to take a miracle to get this all paid off.

And...of course the day I move, my car decides to protest and say "it's done." So now, with really no money for a car payment - I must bite the bullet and get a car anyway. Ugh. Hopefully things get easier sooner than later.
