I am sorry to hear of your allergy issues, and the trigger it has become for anxiety/panic. :/
It is not unusual for anxiety sufferers to be challenged by an illness...and while allergies are not the same as being sick...many of the symptoms feel the same as a virus!
...so it's not surprising to me that allergy season has become a challenge!
While you are treating the allergies...you can also practice self help for the anxiety it induces.
