I am sorry to hear you have a new symptom that has you worried. :/
It is most likely from the seasonal weather...or it could be anxiety related...say if you are nervously swallowing frequently.
I would say, up your water intake...including foods high in water content such as fruits and vegetables...
...and decrease your caffeine and sugar if you've not already done so.
Continue practicing your coping skills of course...
...and if this persists or gets worse, consider doing a re-test of your BGL's.
