Morning all. So I am still feeling better, however now I'm feeling extremely thirsty and that's all I obsess about. I had a complete Blood count checking everything out and everything came back normal. Has anyone had this as a symptom?

Mel,

I am sorry to hear you have a new symptom that has you worried. :/

It is most likely from the seasonal weather...or it could be anxiety related...say if you are nervously swallowing frequently.

I would say, up your water intake...including foods high in water content such as fruits and vegetables...

...and decrease your caffeine and sugar if you've not already done so.

Continue practicing your coping skills of course...

...and if this persists or gets worse, consider doing a re-test of your BGL's.

I hope you find relief soon!

Yes ,recently happened to me but was in heat with high humidity outdoors .

Try drinking water more than normal and see if it helps.

I try to buy coconut water without lots of sugar ....but cannot find much around this year.

I guess it's normal,weather makes us do crazy stuff.....lol

Mel B, I would just like to suggest that you consider adding "Pedialite" (for infants). It has electrolytes in it. It's similar to Gatorade but with much less sodium. My Sister gets migraines when she exercises and swears Gatorade helps her migraines. It's worth a try. Hope you feel better.
