Hello all,

I posted here about a month+ ago after having a terrible anxiety attack that was forewarned with extreme anxiety caused because of my physical health.

What a dang trip it's been. I am still suffering quite a bit but it just seems like one thing after another. I cannot catch a break. I am having to go to the ER tonight after work (which I get off in another 15 minutes...) because last night I pinched a nerve in my neck (I am assuming) so badly I cried and could not sleep (It woke me up out of my sleep at 4:30am). I had to go into work today because my job is extremely demanding and we do not get sick days... I have had a lot of other issues too. Pain and feeling very weird in my arms/hands/chest... I even had high blood pressure for a few days. I think it has gone down though. I am just updating. It gives me some relief to write all this.

Wish my luck at the ER tonight, my wallet hates me but luckily I have good insurance.

Hi Tune,

I am sorry to hear that you're struggling at the moment.sad I understand how this feels.

I do hope that you are able to get some help with your pain when you are seen tonight.

Hopefully they can give you something, so you can be comfortable and sleep tonight...

...and then follow up with your doctor, and possibly some PT for ongoing management.

Let us know how it goes...and use your coping skills to keep your anxiety managed!

S.C.,

Hello, thanks for your reply. I did go to the ER, kinda a bad choice because there was a lot of serious cases happening. I felt like I was not as bad as them for sure, but luckily, I got some muscle relaxers to help my neck. They definitely said it was all out of sorts back there. Probably (or at least it's not helping) due to stress and anxiety. I will keep you all updated. Gonna try to visit my doctor to see if I can get some PT and maybe soon a chiropractor!!!

Thanks,

Tune
