I was about to take a shower when all of a sudden a thought about moving and taking the new job just ran a shock through my body. My face flushed extremely hot and now all the feelings of anxiety just flowed through my body. Im a complete mess right now and dont know what to do. I feel like crying again because all of the symptoms are just coming back. I feel so defeated and non of my coping skills are working.

Thoughts about "moving" and "taking a new job" would cause me anxiety too! If you feel like crying, you should. Then move on to some "breathing" exercises and mantras. You are not defeated. I hope you feel better soon AK.

I agree...moving and starting a new job is somethimg that would cause anyone some concern...that is less breakthrough anxiety...and more normal reaction in my

So try not to be afraid of, or discouraged by this...but instead accept and embrace it. Anxiety is actually crucial for our survival...and on a less dramtic level...our success in new/challenging situatuons!

Use this and view itnas motivation to do your best.
