I am sorry to hear of the difficulty with the hormonal shifts you are experiencing...I understand completely what you are describing.
Perimenopause (which can last for years leading up to your final menstrual period) can be a challenge emotionally, as well as physically.
Good nutrituon, exercise and coping skills for mood/anxiery are all crucial.
