Dear All,
I have been down lately because of headaches everyday felt like connected to anxiety.

Was reading some magazine online and it says they are connected.

I wonder why?

I am also photosensitive and have lupus....but I love to get outside if I can.

Also my dry eyes are killing me.

So much venting.......sorry.

Dear Cilly,

Don't worry about venting. That is part of what this website is here for. I hope you find some relief for your migraine. Would just suggest doing some research on what causes them, and also keep track of what you eat and drink, how you sleep, etc, to see if you can find a cause in your own behavior.

Good luck!

Hi Cily,

I am sorry to hear you are suffering with headaches lately. I know how miserable that can be. :/

Anxiety causes tension, which is a trigger for headaches, so Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercises can be helpful...

...but if you are experiencing true migraines, then you may need to have a specific Rx for complete relief. Do you see your doctor or a neurologist for treatment?

O.G. is right in that journaling your triggers is a good idea...

...and also about feeling comfortable about venting here anytime you need to. We are here to encourage you when you need it. smile

Hoping you feel better soon!

Thank you both of you!

I need to observe myself and make a record of it.
