Hopeless with bad anxiety and feeling lost

I think i've hit rock bottom...After the past two days I'm just so tired from fighting with the anxiety that I'm just mentally and physically exhausted. I don't know what else to do and upping the medication seems like it wont do much. Just need some reassurance or some sort of light to be seen at the end of this tunnel.

Did you get a chance to get started on the Therapy Worksheets? I posted the link in your last thread.

I know it is hard to be motivated to do the self help work when you are feeling so rough...

...but it WILL help with time and effort...and be worth it!

Sorry your having such a hard time at the moment.

Look into Mindfulness Meditation if you haven't already as it works really well at reducing anxiety we have some good links in our resources and you will also find some good videos on youtube try the body scan ones.

We are here for you so keep us posted.

I try not to worry about the future -- so I take each day just one anxiety attack at a time.


Diagnosed with:- Asperger's Syndrome, Dyslexia, GAD, Social Anxiety Disorder, Health Anxiety, OCD, Depression and Scheuermann's Disease (Adult)

Medications:- 60mg Prozac, Olanzapine 10mg, Dihydrocodeine 180mg per day

any specific reason reason for the anxiety and sleeplessness?
