tomorrow is my moving day. i am moving my stuff out of storage, some of it to my house and some to a donation center. i am starting to get anxious, even though i have things planned out, including Google maps of the route. the movers are super nice, i'm just anxious about things going wrong, like the donation center not taking my stuff (even though I checked with them and they said they would take it).

anyway, i'm about to eat dinner and just wanted to get this out there and hopefully get some reassuring responses.

OG,

You are such a good planner, that I can't imagine that it would go any other way but well!

Can you think back to another similar circumstance when you were worried...and looking back...did not need to be?

Use your positive mantras and visualization that all will be easy-peasy.😃

Peace and progress,

UPDATE: the move went well. the moving guys were nice and hard workers and except for driving between the two places, i was relaxed. i really tried some breathing and mindfulness and it helped me, and I read over some of the material on here about what do with anxious thoughts. There is hope for anxiety attacks!
