What time of day does your anxiety peak the most??

My anxiety is brought on by situations and does not follow a schedule. You didn't put a catagory for that.

usually it is worst in the mornings for me.

very early hours of the morning. My routine is to eat a small cracker or piece of toast and either 1/4 or 1/2 of Xanax and then I'm ready to face the world.

oh my mine is by far the worst at night but im always nervous

If I had to choose a time, I think it would be at nighttime.. although I have a lot of panic in the day as well. It seems like I get pretty bad EVERY night though. I take my meds at night before bed, and maybe that's why...
