Last week and most of this week I was feeling better other than the constant shakiness. And now my panic attacks are back. I couldn't sleep last night I was just so so scared for no reason what so ever. I woke up this morning feeling anxious and expecting the worse and started to feel down. I cut my dose of Celexa in half because of the shakiness but now my panic and anxiety is back. Urghhh I don't like this stuff. I hate feeling so scared.

hugs,
Georgia

I get this same way. You have to keep telling yourself that you are NOT going to let anxiety control you like this. You have to be a fighter when you have this condition. Don't subject yourself to always being scared or controlled by you panic and/or anxiety. I wish you luck and hope you start to feel better soon...try going out with friends or watching some TV to get your mind off of it.

Yep - I'm struggling myself right now.  Exercise is a great thing.  Working in the yard - anything to distract you from the cycle of fear cycle while you're working through this.
Thousand of us are right there going through the SAME experience as you.

Thanks so much for your relpys. Went out with some friends tonight thinking that would calm my anxiety but darn it starting getting really anxious and had moments where I felt like I just needed to run out of the building because I started to feel funny and spacy. And then the same darn fear I have had all summer of losing my mind came rushing back. On my way home I just wanted to cry all summer I had such horrible anxiety then I had a little over a week were my fear and anxiety was pretty low and wham it came back. All those feelings of being terrified where right back in my face. Wondering if this will ever end? I'm going to try and do some relaxation and see if that helps. I'm just feeling so so scared and don't like the feeling.

hugs,
Georgia

Georgia My heart hurts for you! I have been there-afraid all the time. I too had an extremely rough summer. I am feeling so much better now, and you will too in time. I learned to beat my panic attacks through controlled breathing. I don't know if it will work for you-everyone is different. My problem was the hyperventillation, panic, fear cycle and once I could control the hyperventillating, the panic attacks were reduced, then gone. The fear was still there, but it was managable. You will be in my prayers and remember you felt better b-4 and so you will again!

Take care
