C.B.T. has really worked for me. I recommend it to anyone and you have been given some great sources here, or you may want to find a counselor for one-on-one if your insurance is good. As far as the dissapointment you are feeling because of your recent bad day, try not to get down. We all have set-backs. I said this b-4 in another reply but in case you didn't read it... Mt therapist actually forwarned me about relapse. He said it may happen, and if it does not to worry about it. It doesn't mean that you are back to where you started, it just means that you are having a temporary struggle. Healing is not always a linear line. There will be detours along the way, but you'll get there!
