I was fine all morning and then when I got in the shower boom. Everything started to look funny I got tunnel vision and thought for sure I was going to pass out. I laid down for a few minutes but had to go to work. Haven't felt right since. Dizzy, numbness, heart palpitations and so on. I have this really wierd thing going on when I get up and move around my lips and jaw goes numb, wonder if it is part of lexapro withdrawal. What would it be like to just have a whole day feeling completely normal?

Hi slgttc! I have had whole days of feeling normal and it is great! Inevitably though the tough days return.:( I believe that A/P is a chronic disorder that can be managed, but may not have a "cure" I have been in therapy and trying herbs (St John's Wort) for my anxiety and while I have not had an attack for weeks, I do still struggle with some physical symptoms from time to time. I have had exactly the feelings that you describe and the scaryness alone from them is enough to set off a panic attack! Remember to use your cognitive thinking...this is only a symptom of anxiety, it can't hurt me. I am healthy and just experiencing harmless symptoms that will pass...I have never been harmed by this before...This mantra style "talking myself down" has really helped me, I hope that this will give some encouragement to you!
