Hi there and Welcome to HW
I am not really sure if they will help but I dont believe that they will hurt you at all ..........especially in the colder times of the yr., I have crohns so many vitamins do not absord properly with me
Really the only thing I would watch is if taking Prescription meds and then herbal meds ......Miing them I mean prior to doing this please talk to your doc
other than that I blieve you are okay
Is your Iron low ........
Take care and God Bless

as long as you have enough B in your system I think extra will only be placebo effect help

but help from the placebo effect for anxiety sufferers is common, up to 50% so why not :-)

I take "stresstabs" (a multi w/ B6 and B12 plus some other immune defense vitamins) Just make sure that you take only the recommended amount and don't take them on an empty stomach. Most vitamins are absorbed better w/ food and you will avoid stomach upset. Good luck!
