I'm new here, ....not to this mental chaos though....

for the last two weeks or so I've been experiencing trembling in my arms, as though Ive had too much caffeine or exhausted my muscles from physical activity...like lifting weights, etc...but its not either of though.

so naturally, im convinced that I have either MS or Parkinsons....also, I noticed a mole on my underarm today that I've never seen, and im sure that its melanoma.
I'm totally losing it!...

...can anxiety itself bring on trembling arms (both of them)...even when you dont feel anxious?

I have been suffering from the same thing, the trembling. My whole body trembles but it is more pronounced at night and even wakes me up from my sleep. I have been feeling it internally during the day as well, but not nearly as much. I too am wondering what it is and if its caused from high anxiety levels. If you get an answer please share. Thanks and best of luck to you.

Hi jeny and welcome.

I am so sorry that we missed your post until now! Sometimes if we get flooded all at once with a lot of new posts...some can slip through the cracks. I feel much regret that this happened to your post.:(

Anxiety can indeed bring on very physical symptoms, but it is always a good first step to see your doctor to rule anything else out. This will also give you peace of mind that you are well and healthy.

Then you can also discuss treatment options with him/her for how to lessen your anxiety and symptoms.

We have a great self-help Resource Guide here that you can check out and get started with today if you choose. It is full of links to videos that will teach you how to manage your stress and feel better.:)

Keep posting with us as well. We are here to support and listen.

Talk to you soon,
