I had decafe this morning and i'm not sure if it's the anxiety that's making me feel jittery or the decafe. Does decafe have caffine or has anyone has an effect from decafe?

Hi Georgia

I have the odd decaf and I tend to do okay with it. Mind you I only use about 1/2 a teaspoon of instant. But yes it does contain some caffine, not much but maybe enough to set you off. Maybe you could make it less strong and see how that goes. Have a great day.

Hey Georgia,

I find that I am very sensitive to caffeine.  While decaf does have some caffeine in it, I'm usually OK with it.  However, the last time I got what I thought was a decaf, I got very jittery and anxious and had a lot of trouble concentrating.  I'm 99% sure that I was actually served a caffeinated coffee and not a decaf because I have never had that reaction to decaf before.  Is there any chance this could have happened to you?

I drink decaf and it seems to help. I am not sure that the decaf itself is good for me though
