I cautiously am happy to say that today is the first day in a few weeks that I have been able to awake w/o all those feelings of anxiety gnawing away at my stomach! I will now do the dance of joy... yeah yeah yeah yeah (yeah, baby!)
I have some appetite so mom and I are going out to eat at our favorite buffet bar and I'm going to have some fried chicken! YeeHaw!!! I haven't been able to eat any of it in a while! Look out you clucking little bitties! tongue
I don't know if the Paxil is starting to kick in or if it's the fact that I decided to start taking buspar again or whatever, but I'm just going to try and enjoy a bit of peace while I can! I have an appointment with my case manager at the mental health clinic tomorrow too. I'm going to tell her what all I've done with my new (and now ex) pdoc! I hope she can recommend a pdoc at the clinic that will be good for me.
I am trying to be optimistic...with GAD and AD it is hard to do, but I'm trying! I just hope that tomorrow I feel okay too...see, I'm already starting to worry with those "what ifs"!!!! eyes
I'll talk to you guys later and thanks for being here for me!
Luv,
janet

Thanks youse guyz!
I ate 2 pieces of chicken (don't tell my cockatiel...it might've been his cousin)!
Today was pretty good, except for ONE thing...I got stung by some sort of bug! The thing had the gall to fly up my dress and sting me on the back, 2 TIMES!! Then I jumped out of car (was hurting like the dickens and could feel him crawl up into my sleeve) and he flew out from under my dadgum arm! That happened around 10:45 am and it's still smarting me some and it's 5 pm! We put different stuffs on it and I took a benadryl. But you know what? As much as this sting has hurt, I was thinking earlier how I'd rather have a continuous stinging on my back than to feel all anxy! And that's the gospel truth!
Take care all and I hope you all continue to get some relief too!
xoxo

Way to go, I'm doing the chicken dance even as we speak!!

Best of luck with your new direction,

I've had a rough number of days since my original post...but I'm doing my best to not "awfulize" my feelings. I try to tell myself that I felt this way yesterday and the day before, but made it thru and will do the same today. I think the paxil is going to help, feel it has some, but not fully, and I have to give it more time...be patient...but thank you Michelle. You're one of the many sweeties on this board and I appreciate yuor kindness very much! :)
