. I try to relax every muscle too but they tighten and constrict when feeling anxious, that's why you may feel odd aches and pains at times because of how tense your muscles become from being anxious or panicky.
I personally am going to start stretching everyday just to loosen my muscles up a bit, as they are always so tense. My back has a million knots in it.
