nope im not seeing any therapist.. ive had it for over year and a half now and im still here! lol so thas made me realise that its harmful but effective.
i used to be soo confident when i was in school. now im embarrased to see friends that i havent seen in a while :S and ive only been left school for about 2 year
so it started mainly half a year after i left school.
tonight i have taken some things called ' Kalms ' .. its says on the bottle: take 3 or 4 tablets a hour before bed...
thinking maybe this willl calm me down when sleeping as i sometimes wake up thinking i cannot breath.
